We can diagnose and fix most broken electric scooters, hoverboards and electric unicycles. e-Scooters should be simple to maintain – we help to keep it that way!
We can help with:

How much will my repair cost?
Chattascooter repair services are charged at $40/hour + parts.
Please note that there is a minimum charge of $15 labor costs for all scooter repairs.
For most common problems, we can likely provide you a quick evaluation of how complex your repair will be when you bring your scooter to our shop. For more complex repairs, we may need additional time open up battery compartment, control board or other parts in order to provide you with a diagnosis and a repair estimate.
Your estimate will include the expected costs for both parts and labor, and we will proceed with the necessary repairs as soon as you give your authorization.
Typical repair times:
• Tube or tire replacement: approx. 30 mins
• Brake pads/disk replacement: approx. 20-30 mins
• Throttle repair/replace: 15-30 mins
• Motor controller or battery diagnostic and replacement: 1 hour plus
• On-line research to find specialty parts for less popular brands: 30-60 mins.
If you can pre-order any parts needed and bring them to us, you can avoid charges for our time to hunt down parts from specific manufacturers.
How long do electric scooter repairs take?
If we have the necessary replacement parts in stock, we can complete most scooter repairs within the same or next day. If we need to order replacement parts, lead times can range from 2-10 days, depending on the manufacturer and the preferred shipping method. Either way, we’ll keep you updated throughout your scooter repair
Is it worth it to get my scooter repaired?
An e-scooter’s primary wear component is its Lithium-Ion battery, which should last most private owners between 3 and 7 years, based on average riding of up to 2000 miles per year. A new scooter will generally cost between $500 and $1000. if your scooter is less than 5 years old and the battery has a healthy voltage reading, then paying from $30 to $200 for basic repairs to get it up and running is often the most cost-effective way to keep you riding. And of course, throwing out and replacing an otherwise fully functioning device just seems like such a waste! Let us help you get back on the road
